Shipping Policy:

 At ENOMERI, we continually strive to process and ship orders as soon as possible!

  • Orders are processed between Sunday- Friday.
  • Some orders may be delayed during the weekend or holidays.
  • Order processing can take up to 48 hours (typically much sooner).

Orders placed before 3pm PST (Sunday- Friday) will usually ship the same day.

After placing your order, there is a processing time of 48-72 business hours. Once your order ships, a confirmation email with detailed tracking information will be sent to you. Please get in touch with us if our carrier is delayed, and we will be happy to help locate the parcel for you.

We have the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Free standard shipping (5-7 days) on orders $100.00 and up
  • Expedited (1-3 days) $10.99

Return Policy:

 Defective:

Please email us within 10 days of delivery to notify us of any defects. We apologize for the inconvenience and we’ll make every possible effort to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.

First, we would like to thank you for ordering from us but if for any reason you are not happy with an item you purchased from us, you may return it within 30 days of delivery*. The following guideline (s) apply to all returns:

  • Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Tags must still be on the clothing.

To request a return, please email us with your order number at support@enomeri.com. You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Return Eligibility Policy

At Enomeri, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Items must be free from stains, makeup, deodorant, or perfume odors.
  • Shoes and accessories must be returned in their original box if applicable.
  • Swimwear and lingerie must have the hygienic liner still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and policy reasons:

  • Final sale and clearance items
  • Bodysuits, lingerie, and undergarments
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items
  • Gift cards and store credits
  • Custom-made or personalized items

How to Return an Item

  1. Ensure your item meets the eligibility criteria above.
  2. Request a return authorization by contacting us at suppport@enomeri.com with your order number and reason for return. You will be provided with a return address and details. 
  3. Once approved, ship your item to the return address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days after the item is received.

Return Shipping:

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Neither we nor any of our manufacturers/suppliers/vendors guarantee that they will receive your returned item.

 

Refunds:

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive an email informing you whether your return has been accepted or denied. If your return has been accepted, a refund will be issued immediately at your original method of issuance. Denied returns may be sent back to you.

 

Missing Refunds:

There is often some processing time before a refund is reflected in your account. Typically it takes 3 - 5 business days before your bank or credit card company officially posts your refund.
